Open neurotechnology

Biology should not bea black box.

PiEEG builds research-grade biosignal hardware and open software so researchers, students, and builders can see the signal, understand the route, and decide what it becomes.

Access is built,
not promised.

Measuring EEG, EMG, ECG, and EOG should not require surrendering the signal to an opaque system. PiEEG is designed as a bridge between biology and technology for non-medical research and exploration.

01

See the signal.

PiEEG exposes the measurement instead of reducing biology to a hidden score. Raw channels stay available for inspection, filtering, and interpretation.

ELECTRODES → CHANNEL DATA
02

Own the route.

Open software and documented interfaces keep acquisition, streaming, and processing under the builder’s control—without forcing the signal into one application.

HARDWARE → OPEN SOFTWARE
03

Choose the outcome.

The same visible pipeline can support research, education, XR, sound, robotics, or another experiment the original instrument was never designed to predict.

INTERPRETATION → APPLICATION

One instrument.
Four disciplines.

PiEEG was born where hardware engineering, signal processing, neuroscience, and software meet. None of those layers is treated as decoration; each one keeps the biological measurement usable by the next.

Hardware and software,
built as one system.

PiEEG is led across two engineering disciplines and two locations, with the same goal: keep advanced biosignal tools accessible to the people using them.

Do not take our word for it.
Open the system.

Credibility is not a badge on this page. It is the ability to inspect the instrument, read the source, reproduce the path, and build something different from it.

A research instrument.
Not a medical promise.

PiEEG devices are not FDA- or CE-approved medical devices. They are intended for education, research, and hobby applications only. Safe use remains the user’s responsibility.
